Ice Cream Product Designer

Key responsibilities Develop and execute product and process development projects from concept through commercialization Design, plan, and conduct laboratory, pilot plant, and factory trials Analyze experimental data and generate technical insights Drive technology transfer and scale-up from laboratory and pilot plant to manufacturing Identify and deliver value engineering opportunities Apply expertise in food science, dairy technology, food engineering, chemistry, microbiology, and process technology Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Marketing, and external partners Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and sustainability requirements Required skills New Product Development (NPD) Process Development & Technology Transfer Experimental Design & Data Analysis Laboratory, Pilot Plant & Factory Trials Scale-up Activities Technical Problem-Solving Project & Stakeholder Management Technical Reporting Cross-functional Collaboration
