Deputy Manager / Manager – R&D

🐶 Lead the formulation and development of dry food, wet food, and pet treats. 🔬 Drive laboratory trials, pilot runs, and product commercialization. 📋 Ensure nutritional excellence, quality, and regulatory compliance. 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Operations, and Marketing. 📈 Optimize existing products for enhanced nutrition, ingredient efficiency, and cost effectiveness. 💡 Bring innovation through new ingredients, technologies, and product concepts. What We're Looking For: ✔ 5–9 years of R&D experience in Pet Food, Animal Nutrition, Food Technology, Feed, or related industries. ✔ Degree or Master's in Food Technology, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a related discipline. ✔ Strong knowledge of pet nutrition, formulation, and product commercialization. ✔ Excellent analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
