MANAGER OPERATIONS

🏭 Role Type: Manufacturing Operations | Shopfloor Leadership 🎯 About the Role:
 This is a key leadership role responsible for managing end-to-end production in FFP & Sauces manufacturing. You’ll drive performance across safety, quality, cost, and delivery while leading shopfloor teams and improving operational efficiency. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
 • Lead daily production operations to meet output & quality targets
 • Ensure strict compliance with GMP, hygiene & food safety standards
 • Monitor OEE, yield & downtime; drive corrective actions
 • Manage manpower planning, shifts & productivity
 • Collaborate with Maintenance, QA, Planning & Stores
 • Drive TPM & Lean Manufacturing initiatives
 • Lead audits, risk assessments & safety compliance
 • Build team capability through training & coaching
 • Drive cost reduction, waste control & process improvements 🎓 Qualification:
 • B.E./B.Tech – Food Tech / Mechanical / Production (Food Tech preferred) ⏳ Experience:
 • 10+ Years in Food / FMCG Manufacturing ⭐ Ideal Candidate:
 • Strong shopfloor leadership experience
 • Hands-on with TPM, Lean & Food Safety Systems
 • Exposure to institutes like NIFTEM, CFTRI, ICT, IIT KGP (preferred)
 • Strong problem-solving & team management skills 💡 Nice to Have:
